Return Policy

• All returns must be made with the items in original condition within 3 days of arrival.
• Returned merchandise for credit or exchange: Returned undamaged merchandise purchased must be within 12 months from the invoice's day, We will be credited at the purchase price but may be subject to 10% a restocking charge. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non refundable. 
• Returned merchandise for credit or exchange: Returned undamaged merchandise purchased over 12 months will be credited with a 30% and up deduction from purchase price. No credit will be issued to items which was damaged.
• No cash reimbursement will be given. Returns are refunded through store credit only.  NO CASH REFUNDS. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.
• Item must be returned by registered insured mail and packed well.  Customer responsible for return shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse any damaged returns. 

We reserve the right to modify our terms and conditions as needed.

Cancellations

• 20% deposit required for any custom and special order. A non-refundable 20% deposit if cancellation is made.
• No returns on special order items. 

Return For Damaged Or Defective Items
